Access Manager

The Access Manager is a module designed to manage access to selected parts of inorigo®. An authorized content manager have the ability to grant permissions to members at specific levels, such as user groups, object groups or individual entities.


Overview



Access Manager allows group administrators to manage user access to the groups they manage. 

The group management is set up in the Rights Manager.

Administrators can add or remove users from their assigned groups and manage objects within object groups, ensuring that only authorized users have access to specific resources.


Adding Users to Groups

To add a user to a group:

  1. Click on the group.
  2. Use the search field to find the user.
  3. Click the right-pointing arrow to add the user to the group.

Removing Users from Groups

To remove a user from a group:

  1. Select the user from the list of already added users.
  2. Click the left-pointing arrow to remove the user from the group.

Managing Object Groups

Managing object groups works slightly differently.

  1. Select the type of object you want to add from the top center of the object list.
  2. Choose the objects you want to include in the group.
  3. Click the right-pointing arrow to add the selected objects to the group.

Removing Objects from object groups

  1. Select the object you want to remove.
  2. Press the arrow pointing to the left.
  3. Press save.
