23.1.0 Introduction

inorigo Handbook component enables the possibility to document, collect, store information, add images and enable governance of the applications. The storage of this information at the same place where the applications are created, stored and “lives on” creates value to user, since it becomes easier to find, navigate and maintain this information directly connected to the application and create overview. ​

Overall functionality in handbook:

Admin Setup and config free edit + Governance Application​

  • Ability to enable and disable the Handbook function in Application Builder​
  • Ability to configure the Handbook as a specific task when building an application. ​
  • Ability to “open up” or embed an inorigo object and display its information in the Handbook, so I do not need to copy or recreate information that I already have. ​
  • Ability to use and config templates (for User Instruction and Technical Doc) that helps me structure different type of information in standardized way. ​

Content manager -Access & CRUD in Governance application and in Handbook

  • Ability to enter and edit mode of the Handbooks​.
  • Ability to enter edit mode of Gov. app​.
  • Ability to use templates that helps to structure the type of information I want the Handbook to hold.  ​
  •  Ability to move and drag elements such as images, text, and title (think Power Point and WYSIWYG) while creating and editing.​
  • Able to overview​.

End-user- View Handbook documentation. ​

  • Have an easy access to the Handbook documentation​.
  • Access the Handbook information the same way in all applications​.
  • Option for the information in the Handbook to pop up in own window but that are linked to the session when using the application. ​
  • Ability to move the window with the free edit information to look/have free view of the application at the same time while I read the information/instructions. ​
